The Make Plans logo, brand name, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of Make Plans. You may not use these marks without our written permission.
Make Plans integrates with third-party services including Ticketmaster, Google Sign-In, and Apple Sign-In. We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and conditions.
The Service may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of linked sites. Your access to external sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Make Plans regarding the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
